Completely Configurable to ANY Equipment, Building or Fleet Maintenance Management Operation. The above illusration displays one of the methods MaintSmart uses quickly build a PM task list. In this example associated tasks are added to a "Task Package". These task packages are later added to "Job List Templates" and the actual PM task list. By doing so PM task lists may be created very quickly and consistantly. Individual tasks may be added removed or adjusted while creating a PM task list or edited at any time. This is but one example of a configurable item in MaintSmart. You may configure everything from the top-level entity (plant, fleet, building, school, etc) to the failure causes that are applicable to your maintenance management operation.
