Analyze Inventory Usage.
MaintSmart analyzes nearly
all of the data you enter in one way or another. Inventory and purchasing
offer over 15 different ways of looking at data. Most of these analysis
scenarios are customizable by date or other appropriate criteria.
This example displays the spare parts used and
charged to the "Machine Repairs" account during the time period as
described in the title of the chart. This data set was imported into Excel
with a couple of mouse-clicks and created in less than 15 seconds. Excel
is NOT required and MaintSmart provides many other customizable reports
and well as grid reports.
Fiscal periods are also user defined but default
to Calendar Year - Calendar Month.
