Define and Assign Skills to Personnel. Assign up to 18 different skills with MaintSmart. As with most aspects of MaintSmart lets you define the skills appropriate to your maintenance operation. These skill definitions may be edited at anytime as needed. Later PM tasks are matched to required skills. This functionality is used by MaintSmart to determine if the person assigned to maintain a work area (group of equipment items) has the skills to properly handle the job assignment(s). MaintSmart uses skills to match personnel with equipment in need of maintenance. |
